Our message will begin with Ephesians, chapter one.  This scripture is definitely not an unfamiliar scripture to you because we have quoted and read it quite a few times.  It is a very good scripture.  Of course, all the scriptures are good, but sometimes, one certain scripture will just have a special meaning.  One particular scripture will become very special to us personally.  For the subject matter that we are going to speak on, this chapter is very good.  I want to speak on “PREDESTINATED AND MANIFESTED CHILDREN OF GOD.”  You can be predestinated without being saved.  You can be predestinated without having the baptism of the Holy Ghost.  This is possible because God planted predestination before He began the world.  You are predestinated when you are born into the world.  When you are born as an infant, you have not come into the kingdom yet and you have not been born again spiritually, but you are predestinated.  When you are born again, you become a manifested son or daughter of God.  God can deal with you upon the basis of His predestination.  You will remember Brother Gerald Cleveland has spoken here about the many times God dealt with him before he accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his Saviour.  And, Brother Branham also, told of the many times God spoke to him about things before he had accepted the Lord.  Sister Margaret Still told us how the Lord spoke to her, urging her to speak to someone, when she was just a young girl.  Her actions actually saved the life of the person she spoke to.
The Lord has dealt with me, also, before I accepted Him as my Saviour.  I remember as a young boy, wanting a bicycle for Christmas.  There were fifteen of us in my family, and money for bicycles was out of the question.  I prayed to the Lord and asked Him to send me a bicycle for Christmas.  That would seem an insignificant prayer to others, but it was from a believing heart of a young boy.  Someone drove by the house outside, stopped, and set out a bicycle, and then drove off.  I don’t know who it was or why it happened, but I believe the Lord answers prayers when you are unsaved.  You are a predestinated son or daughter of God, and you are a part of the family.  Perhaps you have not recognized it yet, and you just haven’t accepted Him yet.  Many things He does for you just on the basis of your predestination.  Your name has been the Lamb’s Book of Life since before the foundation of the world.  Know the greatness of God gives us the faith to believe in predestination.
We are going to speak along those lines.  It is because of predestination, that you hear from the Lord.  You just seem to have a heart that wants to hear from Him, and a heart that wants to know His will for you.  The Lord comes into your life and you begin to be a manifested son of God, or daughter of God.  Not only are you predestinated, but then you begin to be manifested.  Those are some of the thoughts we are going to explore in this message.
Before reading the Word, let us pray.  “Heavenly Father, in the grand and glorious and precious Name of Jesus Christ, we come to you, now, as we have your Word open before us.  We always count it a time, Lord, to be real serious with You, and Your Word.  I pray, God, that You will anoint us to say the things you would have us to say, and You will anoint the people to receive.  Anoint our minds, Lord, that we will just think the thoughts of Christ for this little while.  We lend ourselves to you, Lord, and give ourselves to You, that you may use as a vessel to bring forth thy good treasures.  We praise You in Jesus Name.”  Amen
All right, we will begin reading in Ephesians, chapter 1:3-4.., “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ: According as He has chosen us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love..”  You see, He chose us in Him BEFORE the foundation of the world that we could BECOME holy and without blame in Him.  If He chose us that we could become holy and without blame in Him, then He would have to make a way to do that, wouldn’t He?
